Community Coworking Office Space

at Lincoln Corners

Woodstock,Vermont

Lincoln Corners is a neighborhood of Greek Revival buildings and an 1869 covered bridge, set among rolling hills and fields beside the Ottauquechee River in Woodstock, Vermont.  Just five minutes (3.5 miles) from the center of Woodstock Village – conveniently nearby, but comfortably removed from the noise and congestion of the bustling tourist Village center.

The Schoolhouse is a bright, comfortable space, with plenty of parking, complimentary Starbucks coffee, high-speed internet, and a fitness center and conference room across the parking lot in One Lincoln Corners (www.lincolncorners.com).

The Schoolhouse is a perfect affordable alternative to working at the coffee shop, your kitchen table, or home office.

“I'm just finishing up my fourth summer at The Schoolhouse.  The space is perfect for me and/or others who need temporary work space.   The Schoolhouse is comfortable and equipped with the amenities needed to be productive.   The space is shared, but everyone has been courteous and respectful of their co-workers space.  Already planning to use The Schoolhouse again in the summer of 2026.”

“For three years now the Schoolhouse has provided an excellent space for me to work remotely while I enjoy some time in Vermont. It has truly been a lifesaver, especially given the lack of cell phone coverage in some surrounding areas. The wi-fi has never given me any issues, normal cell phone service works, other users of the Schoolhouse are friendly and respectful, and there are snacks, coffee machine, and fridge ready for use. I also like dipping out for lunch at the Woodstock Farmers Market, which is a short drive away. I would recommend the Schoolhouse to anyone who needs a quiet place to work and look forward to being back next year.

“I moved back to Vermont last spring and was delighted to find The Schoolhouse co-working space! It was located in the perfect spot for my commute along route 4. The room has great light all day, it's cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and with coffee and snacks - what else could you want?!  Anna, the manager, is lovely and I found my other co- work colleagues friendly and professional, so it was a great environment. - Highly Recommend.”
